Transfer module
For safe transport of prepared specimens between glove boxes and vacuum chamber of the SEM without reactions with oxygen, water or dust.
Including transfer device, control electronics with all cables and a vacuum feed-through flange.
Optionally, a heating/cooling unit for different temperature ranges can be integrated.
As soon as the transfer module is equipped with a heater, the number of mountable samples is reduced to ONE (10x10mm²).

Optionally, a heating/cooling system for different temperature ranges can be integrated.
As soon as the transfer module is equipped with a heater, the number of samples that can be mounted is reduced to ONE (10x10mm²).
With or without this addition, the module can be tilted by a certain amount.
The achievable tilt angle depends on the working distance or interfering contours in the SEM, as well as on the consistency of the sample e.g. liquid, powder, solid.

Cryo-transfer-module
with integrated LN2 cryo unit
Designed according to the Kammrath & Weiß „vortex funnel“ principle, which combines low-vibration operation with minimum coolant consumption.
Liquid, possibly also gaseous, nitrogen is fed through this special cryostat chamber.
Constant temperature from room temperature to 80 Kelvin via included PID control.
Optional: Special version for the direct introduction of a carrier.
